Ingredients

2 C Flour

¾ C Powdered Sugar

1 C Butter

4 Eggs

½ tsp Salt

2 C Sugar

½ C Flour

4 C Chopped Rhubarb

1 C Brown Sugar

½ C Flour

3 T Butter

Preparation

Blend 2 C flour, ¾ C powdered sugar & 1 C butter and pat into a jelly roll pan. Bake @ 350° for 15 mins.

Add 4 C chopped rhubarb and spread over hot crust.

Combine 1 C brown sugar, ½ C flour & 3 T butter. Put this over rhubarb and top as struedel. Bake 45-45 mins. @ 350°
