Ingredients

1-1/2 cup brown sugar

2/3 cups salad oil

1 egg

1 cup sour milk (add 1 Tbsp vinegar to milk)

1 tsp salt

1 tsp soda

1 tsp vanilla

2-1/2 cups flour

1-1/2 cups diced rhubarb

1/2 cup walnuts

Preparation

Grease 2 loaf pans. Put pads of butter on top of each loaf, and sprinkle with sugar. Bake 325 at 1 hour. Turn pans after 30 minute and continue rest of time.
