Ingredients

3 cups rhubarb

1 egg

1 tablespoon and 3/4 teaspoon flour

1 1/8 cups sugar

Topping:

2 tablespoons melted butter

1/4 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup flour

1/4 cup oatmeal

1 teaspoon baking powder

Preparation

Cut rhubarb into 1/2 inch pieces. Beat egg. Add flour and sugar and continue to beat. Stir in rhubarb.

Add rhubarb mixture to baking dish. Mix topping ingredients. Spread topping mixture over rhubarb.

Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
