Ingredients
Diced Rhubard, 4 cups
Sugar, 1 1/4 cups
Flour, 1 T
Cinnamon, 1/2 t
Topping
Flour, 3/4 cup
Brown Sugar, 1/2 cup
Salt, 1/8 t
Oatmeal, 1/2 cup
Butter, 1/2 cup
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place rhubarb in shallow 1 1/2 quart, buttered, baking dish. In small bowl, combine sugar, flour, cinnamon, and sprinkle over rhubarb. In a medium bowl, combine sugar, salt, flour, brown sugar, softened butter. Blend till crumbly. Blend in oatmeal. Sprinkle over rhubarb. Bake 1 hour.
