Ingredients

1 Egg

3/4 cup White Sugar

2 Tbsp Flour

3 cup Rhubarb cut into 1/2" pieces

1/3 cup Brown Sugar

2/3 cup Flour

4 tbsp Butter

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350°

Beat egg, white sugar, and 2 tbsp flour

Add rhubarb and stir

Put into 8" baking dish

For topping, crumblr butter, brown sugar, and 3/4 cup flour

Sprinkle over rhubarb mixture

Bake at 350° for 40 minutes

Serve w/ whipped cream or vanilla ice cream
