Ingredients

TOPPING:

1 c Quick oats

1/3 c Brown sugar

1/3 c Chilled butter, cut up

1/3 c Chopped nuts

½ Tsp Cinnamon

FILLING:

1 Egg

½ c Sugar

1 TB Vanilla

2 c Rhubarb (more)

2 TB Flour

1 TB Lemon juice

1 TB Lemon Zest

Preparation

Mix filling ingredients in the baking pan

Mix topping ingredients and sprinkle over rhubarb mixture

Bake at 350 for 45 min or until bubbling
