Ingredients
3 cup rhubarb, diced
1 cup sugar
3 tbl flour
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup oats
1 1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup vegetable shortening
Preparation
Combine rhubarb, sugar and flour, place in greased 9x13 inch pan. Combine brown sugar, oats and larger flour cup, cut in butter and shortening until crumbly. Sprinkle over rhubarb mix. Bake at 375F for 40 minutes. Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.
