Ingredients
3 1/2 cups chopped rhubarb
1 1/2 cups sugar
3 lightly beaten eggs
1/4 cup half & half
1/8 tsp salt
1 tbls flour
1 8" pie shell
Preparation
Preheat oven to 375. Combine first 5 ingredients in large bowl. Sprinkle flour evenly over bottom of pie shell. Pour rhubarb mixture into shell. Bake in lower third of oven til set, about 1 hour.
