Ingredients

1 pie crust

2 eggs

1 1/4 cups granulated sugar

1/4 cup all-purpose flour

1/3 cup milk

3 tablespoons of soft butter

4 cups of finely cut rhubarb

Preparation

Beat eggs and combine with sugar. Add rest of ingredients and mix well, Combine with 4 cups of finely cut rhubarb.

Turn into pastry-lined pie plate.

Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes.

Reduce heat to 350 and bake 30 to 40 minutes longer.
