Base

1 1/2 c flour

3/4 c butter

3 Tbsp sugar

dash salt

Topping #1

4 1/2 c chopped rhubarb

4 egg yolks

1 c cream

1 1/2 c sugar

4 Tbsp flour

1 tsp vanilla

Topping #2

4 egg whites

2/3 c sugar

3 Tbsp water

pinch of cream of tartar

Preparation

Base Combine ingr. into crumbs and pat into a 9 X 13 pan Bake 15 min @ 350

Topping Mix ingr.together and spread on base return to ovn and bake for 1 hour a@ 350

Topping #2 Beat meringue until stiff peaks Spread over dessert Bake @ 350 for 10 min (until light brown)
