Ingredients
1 cup flour
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 Tsp. baking powder
1/4 cup butter
1 beaten egg
3 Tbsp. milk
Filling.
2 1/2 cups rhubarb
1 pkg. strawberry jello
Streusel topping.
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup margarine
Preparation
Mix the first six ingrediants and put into a greased and floured 8 x 12 inch pan. Pat on the bottom. Make the fillings and sprinkle over the dough. Make the topping and sprinkle over entire cake. Bake at 350 for 40 to 45 minutes.
