Ingredients

2-1/2 cups flour (save 2-1/2 tbs for Rhubarb Mixture)

1-1/4 tsp salt

1-1/4 cups sugar

2-1/2 cups quaker oats

1-1/4 cup melted margarine

Rhubarb Mixture:

7-1/2 cups dried rhubarb (2.5 lbs)

1-1/4 cups sugar

1-1/4 tsp cinnamon

2-1/2 tbs flour

Preparation

Mix flour, salt, sugar and oats. Stir in margarine until crumbly. Press 1/2 in bottom & sides of pan.

Combine Rhubarb with sugar, cinnamon and flour. Put rest of cereal mixture on top.

Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
