Ingredients

Crust:

1 1/2C. flour

7 T. powdered sugar

3/4 C. butter

Filling:

3 eggs, beaten

2 C. sugar

1 1/4 C. rhubarb, cut fine

1 1/4 C. strawberries, cut in half

1/3 C. flour

1 tsp. salt

1 pt. whipping cream or vanilla ice cream

Preparation

Crust: Mix all crust ingredients. Press into 9 x 12 inch tin. Bake 15-20 min. until lightly browned in 350 degree oven. Filling: Beat eggs slightly. Add sugar, flour and salt. Place berries and rhubarb in crust, add mixed ingredients over top. Bake 350 degree oven for 35 min. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
