Ingredients

Rhubarb (2 bunches)

Water (2 liters)

Sugar (3/4 cup per liter of water)

Preparation

  • Roughly chop rhubarb (2-4 inch sections) and place in large glass bowl

  • Boil water

  • Add water to rhubarb in bowl, let cool, cover, and refrigerate overnight

  • Pour rhubarb water in large pot, add sugar and boil just long enough to dissolve sugar (approx. 5 minutes)

  • Serve over ice, preferably with vodka

  • Cucumber is also a nice addition
