Ingredients
Rhubarb (2 bunches)
Water (2 liters)
Sugar (3/4 cup per liter of water)
Preparation
Roughly chop rhubarb (2-4 inch sections) and place in large glass bowl
Boil water
Add water to rhubarb in bowl, let cool, cover, and refrigerate overnight
Pour rhubarb water in large pot, add sugar and boil just long enough to dissolve sugar (approx. 5 minutes)
Serve over ice, preferably with vodka
Cucumber is also a nice addition
