Ingredients

3/4 C. light brown sugar, firmly packed

1/3 C Vegetable Oil

1 egg, slightly beaten

1/2 C. sour milk or buttermilk

1/2 Tsp. baking soda

1/2 vanilla

1/4 tsp. salt

1 1/4 C. flour

3/4 C. raw rhubarb, chopped

1/4 C. nuts, chopped

Preparation

Combine sugar, oil, egg. Mix mikl,soda, vanilla and salt. Fold in rhbard and nuts. Spread batter into a loaf pan.
