Ingredients
1 onion chopped
2 Cups OJ
4 Cups ketchup 32 oz
1/2 C fresh lime juice
1/2 C cider vinegar
1/4 c brown sugar
1 Tbs salt
1 Tbs black pepper
2 Tbs dry mustard
2 Tbs sweet paprika
1 Tbs crushed red pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp chili powder
1-2 Tbs Tabasco
2 Tbs Tamarind paste
2 Tbs honey
1 1/2 sticks butter ~ 1/2 C oil
Preparation
Puree onion and orange juice. Add to saucepan with remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Simmer 1/2 hour
