Ingredients

1 (12oz) bottle red wine vinegar

1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce

1 tbsp. minced fresh garlic

1/2 tbsp. minced onion

1 tsp. fresh ground black pepper

2 (10oz) beef rib eye steaks

Preparation

  1. In a shallow, non-reactive dish, mix vinegar, worcestershire, garlic, onion, & pepper.
  2. place steaks in mixture. cover, & marinade for about 1 hr. 3)cook on grill
