Ingredients

1 can gandules

2 C rice

1 pkg sazon

sofrito (2-3 cubes)

salt and pepper, oregano, adobo

tomato sauce (8 oz)

ham or pork

vienna sausages undrained

Preparation

-In pan, Put oil- Saute ham or pork -Add sazon, Sofrito, 2 C water, gandules, tomato sauce, salt, pepper, oregano. -bring to boil, turn down to simmer for 10-12 min

  • add rice and sausages, cook uncovered
