Ingredients

1 stick butter

1 lb. fine egg noodles

1 can condensed chicken with

rice soup

cold water

1 envelope onion soup mix

1 cup minute rice

Preparation

  1. In a large skillet, brown egg noodles until golden.
  2. Add chicken rice soup and fill empty can with water. Add water to skillet.
  3. Add onion soup mix and bring to a boil.
  4. Remove from heat. Add minute rice, cover and let stand 10 minutes until liquid is absorbed.
