Ingredients
-1 1/2 C rice
-1 stick butter
-8 oz sharp cheddar cheese, grated
-2 cans cream of mushroom soup
-1 pkg of slivered almonds
Preparation
- Cook rice according to directions
- Add melted butter and cheese to cooked rice, mix in soup
- Pour into Pam-sprayed baking dish
- Top with almonds
- Bake at 350º for 30 minutes
