Ingredients

-1 1/2 C rice

-1 stick butter

-8 oz sharp cheddar cheese, grated

-2 cans cream of mushroom soup

-1 pkg of slivered almonds

Preparation

  1. Cook rice according to directions
  2. Add melted butter and cheese to cooked rice, mix in soup
  3. Pour into Pam-sprayed baking dish
  4. Top with almonds
  5. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes
