Ingredients

-1 C rice (Uncle Ben’s Converted-not minute or precooked)

-1 can beef consumme soup

-1 can water

-1/2 stick of butter

Preparation

  1. Melt butter in casserole dish.
  2. Stir in rice, soup and soup can of water.
  3. Cook at 350 for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until fluffy and not juicy.
