Ingredients

6 c chicken broth

2 c uncooked rice

2 tsp salt

pepper to taste

3 chopped onions

4 stalks celery, chopped

1 green pepper chopped

1/2 lb chopped mushrooms

1 tbl minced parsley

3 egg whites

Preparation

cook rice in chicken broth until tender simmer onions, pepper and celery in small amount of water only until tender add to rice along with mushrooms. fold in egg whites cool before stuffing into bird.
