Ingredients
1 cup margarine
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1-1/2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
2 cups oatmeal
1 cup coconut
2 cups Rice Krispies
Preparation
Pre-heat oven to 350F. Cream margarine and sugars together. Add eggs & vanilla, mix. Add flour, baking soda & baking powder. Mix. Add oatmeal, coconut & Rice Krispies and mix until just combined. Drop cookies on greased cookie sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
