Ingredients

1 stick of butter, melted

1 cup chopped pecans

1 cup sugar

1 cup dates

1 egg

1 tsp. vanilla

2 cups of rice krispies, added last.

Preparation

Bring to a boil the butter, pecans, sugar, dates egg, and vanilla, stirring constantly. Cook on low for 5 minutes. Take of heat and add the 2 cups of rice krispies. Set aside. When cool enough to handle, form into balls. Refridgerate on a flat pan for one hour. Roll into Confectioners sugar and enjoy!
