Ingredients

6 tbsp butter

1 medium onion diced

2 cups vermicelli

1/3 cup pine nuts

2 1/2 cups chicken broth

1 cup long grain rice

Preparation

heat butter & onion saute on medium until golden add noodles, pine nuts & continue to sauté until pasta softened. stir often add chix broth, boil and then stir in rice cover and reduce heat to low for 20 minutes
