Ingredients
1 medium onion, chopped
1 cup raw rice
2 T butter
2 cups warmed chicken broth
Preparation
Saute the onion over low heat in butter til transparent. Add rice and stir around to coat with the butter.
Add the warm broth and then bring to a boil on top of stove. As soon as it comes to a boil, cover tightly and put in oven at 325 for 20 minutes.
