Ingredients
3/4 cup raw rice, cooked.
5 eggs
scant 1/2 cup of sugar
3 cups milk
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup raisins, soaked in cold water
2 TBs butter
cinnamon
Preparation
Cook rice, Mix up eggs, sugar, milk and vanilla and add to rice. Melt butter in casserole dish or 9X12 glass baking pan. Add rice mixture to pan. Add raisins. It will look rather soupy. Bake one hour 350 degrees. then sprinkle with cinnamon and serve.
