Ingredients
1 cup of rice
1 cup of water
1 spoon olive oil
salt
pepper
Preparation
wash the rice under running water for 2 minuets. hit the olive oil in a pot. add the washed rice to the pot and stir until all the rice is covered with oil. add the water. add the pepper & salt close the pot (put a towel under the cover, for maximum sealing). boil on a very low flame for 20 minuets - preferably with a matka.
you can add broken almonds when finished.
