Ingredients
1 cup basmati rice
2 cups water
1 onion cut in small pieces
1tsp ginger powder
3/4 cup carrot in small pieces
salt pepper
peanuts
parsley in small pieces
butter
Preparation
put the rice and the water boil for 20 min. in a another pan put 1tbs butter the onion sauted for a while, then add ginger, carrot and let for 5 min . mix up the rice with the onions and carrots, add salt , pepper , few peanuts and the parsley. good apetite
