Ingredients
1 head iceberg lettuce
1 head romaine or red leaf
1 lg. red onion
1 can Hearts of Palm
1 can Artichoke hearts, quartered
salt
pepper
1/2 C olive oil
1/4 C red wine vinegar
1/2 C parmesan
4 oz Pimentoes with juice
Preparation
Break lettuce in salad bowl and add Hearts of Palm, artichokes, pimentoes salt and pepper. Make dressing with oil & vinegar Toss with lettuce and add parmesan
