Ingredients
1 cup raw cashews, sunflower seeds or almonds
1/2 large red bell pepper
1/4 cup water
2 tbls lemon jice
2 tbls nutritional yeast
1 tbls tahini
1 1/2 tsp sea salt
1 clove garlic
2 tsp onion powder (or small slice of onion or 1 tbsp green onion)
Preparation
Blend all ingredients until creamy. Add more water if the mixture is too thick.
