Ingredients

2 slabs thick-cut (2") pork shoulder

Preparation

  1. Place in deep baking dish with 1-2 C water. Bake, covered, at 350 1 hour.
  2. Uncover and bake 45-50 mins at 400, turning every 7-10 minutes (to brown evenly)
  3. Remove fat and cut pork into chunks
  4. Optional: Brown a bit more in pork fat
  5. Serve hot with tortillas and mexican condiments
