Ingredients
For Crust:
1 C. graham cracker crumbs
3 T. sugar
3 T. melted butter
For Cake:
3-8oz. pkgs. cream cheese
3/4/ C. sugar
1 T. lemon juice
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
3 eggs.
For Topping:
1 C. sour cream
2 T. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
Combine crust ingredients and press against bottom of 9" spring form pan. Bake 10 min. @ 300F. Combine softened cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice and rind. Mix until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each. Pour mixture into pan. Bake 55 min. @ 300F. Combine topping ingredients and spread over baked cheese cake. Continue baking 10 min. Lossen cake from rim w/knife. Let cool. Remove from pan and chill.
