Ingredients

Ground Turkey 1.25 lb

Spinach, chopped 1 Cup

small onion, chopped 1/2

garlic, chopped 1 clove

Rolled Oats 4 Tbs

Italian Br. Crumbs 1 Tbs

Pecans, chopped 2 Tbs

Burger Seasoning 2 tsp

Salt 2 tsp

Pepper 1 tsp

BBQ Sauce 1 Tbs

Provolone Cheese 6 slices

Horseradish Sauce 1 tsp

spinach 1 Cup

onions 6 slices

tomatos 6 slices

pickle slices 1/4 Cup

Sandwich Rounds 6 pieces

Preparation

  1. Preheat skillet to medium-high. Chop fresh spinach, onion and garlic. Set aside.

  2. In medium mixing bowl combine ground turkey, rolled oats, Italian Bread Crumbs, chopped pecans, hamburger seasoning, salt and pepper.

  3. Add onion, spinach and BBQ sauce and combine.

  4. Form into 6 patties. Spray skillet with non-stick spray and cook burgers 3-5 minutes on each side. Add cheese slices about 1 minute before done.

  5. Toast sandwich rounds. Top burgers with vegtables and horseradish sauce.
