Ricotta Cake Recipe

Ingredients

2 lbs ricotta

4 eggs

1 cup sugar

1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Grease 9x13 pan and line with wax paper. Follow cake mix instructions.

Pour batter in pan. Mix remaining ingredients and pour on top of batter.

Bake at 350 degrees 1.25-1.5 hours.

Cool 15 min. Invert pan

Sift confectioners sugar on top.
