Ingredients for the 1 L iSi Gourmet Whip:
900 ml Riesling Spaetlese (medium dry or sweet)
90 g sugar
8 sheets gelatine
Preparation
Warm up the wine and add sugar and gelatine (soaked in cold water). Stir until gelatine has fully dissolved, then remove from heat. Pour the mixture into the 1 L iSi Gourmet Whip, screw in 2 iSi cream chargers and shake vigorously after each one. Chill in the refrigerator for several hours.
