Ingredients

2T Butter

1/2 C onion

1/2 tsp minced garlic

1.5 T flour

1 cup milk

1/2 cup chicken broth

1/2 tsp Better Than Beef Bullion (increase if using Better than Mushroom)

1.5 T sundried tomatoes

1 lb. mushrooms, cooked down w/liquor reserve)

1/2 lb. penne pasta (reserve liquor)

1/2 chicken breast, cut up

Preparation

Put better in large pan. Add onion & garlic. Cook 5 min. Add flour. Cook 4-5 min. Slowly add milk. Add broth. Add mushrooms & liquor. Add sundried tomatoes. Cook. Add chicken. Add pasta and enough pasta water to thin sauce. Top w/ basil & serve.
