Preparation
- saute onions and garlic in chicken fat
- add carrots and saute
- add rice and saute
- add wine and saute ’til near-dry
- add stock a bit at a time, saute ’til near-dry, risotto style
- add turnips, cook for while
- serve with parsley and parmesan
