Preparation

  1. saute onions and garlic in chicken fat
  2. add carrots and saute
  3. add rice and saute
  4. add wine and saute ’til near-dry
  5. add stock a bit at a time, saute ’til near-dry, risotto style
  6. add turnips, cook for while
  7. serve with parsley and parmesan
