Ingredients
4 cups grated zucchine
4 eggs slightly beaten(egg beaters)
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 cup grated parmesan
5/8 cup bisquick
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 clove garlic
salt and pepper

mix together and place in greased casserole dish bake for 35 mins at 350 serves 6-8
