Ingredients

1 Bottle Thousand Island Dressing

1 pound (or more) grated swiss cheese

3 pounds of deli corned beef (not packaged) cut in small pieces

1 bag sauerkraut (drained well)

***Cocktail Rye

Preparation

Get out your crockpot (or can be baked in the oven for an hour at 350 degrees) Mix the dressing, cut corned beef, grated swiss cheese and drained sauerkraut in a bowl or the crockpot. Place in crockpot. Put crockpot on High for 2 hours. Stir occasionally. Serve with cocktail rye. Enjoy!
