package (10 oz) prebaked Italian pizza crusts (two 6-inch crusts)

tablespoons light garlic-and-herb spreadable cheese (from 4- to 6.5-oz container)

cup spinach leaves

lb thinly sliced 97%-fat-free cooked Italian roast beef (from deli)

large tomato, sliced
1/4
cup sliced ripe olives

tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese
Preparation
Spread top side of 1 pizza crust and bottom side of other pizza crust with spreadable cheese.
On crust with top spread with cheese, layer remaining ingredients. Top with second crust, cheese side down. Cut into 8 wedges. Wrap 2 wedges together securely with foil or plastic wrap; take with you for an on-the-go dinner.
