Ingredients
1/2 lb. roast beef sliced thin
8 oz. tub garlic and herb whipped cream cheese
8 oz. jar sun-dried tomato Pesto
Preparation
Spread a thin layer of cream cheese on a slice of roast beef.
Spread a thin layer of pesto on top of the cream cheese layer.
Roll up and chill for 3 hours or overnight.
When ready to serve, cut into bite size pieces and secure with a toothpick.
