Ingredients

1 head cauliflower

olive oil

kosher salt

pepper

Preparation

Remove leaves from cauliflower and cut into 8ths. Place on cookie sheet. Brush with olive oil, sprinkle with kosher salt and pepper. Cover tightly with foil. Place on bottom rack and bake for 10 minutes. Remove foil and roast 8-12 minutes until golden. Flip over and put back in the oven and roast 8-12 minutes until golden brown.
