Ingredients

1/2c. Orange Juice

1/4c. Lime Juice

2 tbsp. garlic

2 tbsp Oregano

2 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

2lb. Pork Tenderloin, sliced length-wise, but not through

Pinch of Cayenne

Preparation

Combine first 7 ingredients for marinade and pour over meat. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Frill to desired doneness.
