Ingredients

3 lbs pork roast

1/4 tsp bay parsley

1/4 tsp oregano

1/4 tsp cumin

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon lemon juice

2 minced cloves garlic

1 sliced green pepper

1 sliced onion

salt and black pepper to taste

Preparation
