Ingredients
1 Bundle thin stalk asparagus
3 tbsp olive oil
salt
pepper
Preparation
PREHEAT oven to 375 degrees.
TRIM asparagus stalks to remove woody bottom.
Coat asparagus in olive oil on sheet pan. Shake salt and pepper to taste, shake pan to evenly coat.
Place in oven for 10-12 minutes. Turn up heat to 425 degrees and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
