3 tbls olive oil

2 tsp garlic

1 tsp thyme

asparagus 1 lb

red and orange peppers

Shallots

1 tbs red wine vinegar

Bake 8 - 10 minutes

Preparation

450 degrees stir oil,garlic,thyme salt and pepper in lg bowel - use baking sheet single layer coat peppers and aspargus. after 10 minutes drizzle with vinegar
