Ingredients

1 lb fresh asparagus, rinsed, woody ends trimmed, cut into approximately 2inch pieces

1 cup cheery tomatoes, rinsed and halved

2 TBS olive oil

3 oz goat cheese

1/4 C chopped fresh basil

salt

pepper

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375 place prepared asparagus and tomatoes on shallow baking pan. Sprinkle with olive oil, salt and pepper. Roast ~10 min. Remove from oven and place on serving dish. sprinkle with goat cheese and basil. serve immediately.
