Ingredients

1 Marrow Bone cut lengthwise

Garlic (1-2 cloves per bone)

Parsley (1 T. per bone)

1/2 Lemon for juice

Crackers/Melba Toast

Preparation

Preheat oven to 425 Let the bones rest to room temperature, frozen or fresh let sit until they start to give off blood Cook for about 20 minutes, marrow should be soft but not melting. Sprinkle with garlic and parsley, squirt of lemon if desired, scoop onto a cracker and enjoy.
