Ingredients

1 Head of Broccoli

1/4 Cup Grated Parmagiano Reggiano

Kosher Salt

Fresh Ground Pepper

Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Take a large roasting tray and spread broccoli florets out on the tray. Drizzle with a little olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Shower with grated parmesan and roast for 35-40 minutes until super caramelized and crispy.
